Gwinganna Health Retreat

This year for my birthday I decided to do something different, as opposed to my usual party celebrations, and go away to a health retreat in the Gold Coast hinterland. Gwinganna was that destination. It is an amazing place to help soothe your soul and inspire you to lead a healthier lifestyle. Even though we had a daily routine, activities and treatments were varied each day. The lectures were my favourite part of the day, helping me grasp the importance of health and nutrition
